Short answers. If yours isn’t here, ask at the bottom — it comes straight to me.
A weekly logbook for a kid working on one long project. The app holds the plan, the log and the proof; the building happens somewhere else.
Nothing, while it’s in beta. If that ever changes, you’ll hear it from me first, well ahead of time — and nothing you’ve already logged gets held back. You can export the portfolio whenever you like.
A first name, a grade, which pronouns to use in your reports, the mark they picked, and a PIN. No email, no photo, no birthday.
Plus whatever they write in their own sessions, which is the point of the thing.
On your dashboard, under their name, open “PIN & sign-in”. The PIN is there to read back. There is no email on a kid’s profile to send it to, on purpose.
Nothing in the app talks to your kid. Some later milestones let a student use an assistant of their own, outside the app, once asking well is the skill being practised. Early ones don’t, because the point there is learning to do it by hand.

Most lessons have a “Stuck?” section with the usual causes and fixes. If that doesn’t cover it, have them use the “Tell me” link at the foot of the page — it reaches me, and their name isn’t attached.
There’s no button for it yet during the beta. Ask below and I’ll do it by hand, completely, and tell you when it’s done. Export the portfolio first if you want to keep it.
